Do I really need a full replacement, or can it be repaired?
That depends on the age of your roof and the extent of the damage. We’ll show you photos of what we find and give you a straight answer.
Do you help with insurance claims?
We do. Our in-house insurance claim specialist documents the damage, handles the paperwork, and meets your adjuster on-site.
Do you offer financing?
Yes, through Enhancify. Applications take just a few minutes, and we’re happy to walk you through the options.
Do you offer free roof inspections?
Yes, and there’s no obligation attached. We’ll come out, take a look, and tell you honestly what we find.
Do you warranty repairs?
Yes. All repairs come with a 2-year workmanship warranty.
How do I know if my roof has storm damage?
Missing or lifted shingles, granules in the gutters, and interior water stains are common signs. Not all damage is visible from the ground, which is why an inspection helps.
How long does a roof last in Arizona?
Our sun and monsoon season are hard on roofing materials. Most asphalt shingle roofs here last around 15 to 20 years depending on installation quality and ventilation.
How soon can you inspect my roof?
We can often get out the same day you contact us. Call us, and we’ll find a time that works.

It’s a status Tamko awards to a small group of vetted contractors. It means our installers are factory-trained, and we can offer stronger warranty coverage.
What shingles do you install?
We install Tamko shingles with APOC underlayment. As a Tamko Platinum Certified Dealer, our crews are factory-trained on those systems.
What warranty comes with a new roof?
Every full roof replacement is backed by our 10-year workmanship warranty, plus manufacturer coverage on the materials themselves.
Who owns Vivid Roofs?
We were founded by Craig Lunt, Spencer Applegate, and Brad White, three lifelong Arizonans with 60 combined years of business ownership experience.
Will I get pressured into buying something I don’t need?
